If it's not the perfect fit for your family, initiate a return or exchange by contacting us at discover@ozmoticlearning.com within 30 nights of your ship date. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for free returns on eligible items, making the process easy and cost-free. Physical products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging. Once processed, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. After 30 nights, all sales are final.
